Looking to identify an old Mickey Mouse t-shirt from the 80s

Hi guys, I just signed up for the site to post this. I was hoping you guys could help me find a source for this artwork/shirt. It's a style of Mickey Mouse that's not conventional, he doesn't appear to have a nose. We think he could be a sailor but is most likely a pilot. It was on an old t-shirt in the 80s which is why it's so difficult to source. Any thoughts are welcome, looking for any clues to finding the original image.
