Looking to celebrate at Universal

We are staying, maybe at RP. It's a surprise trip to celebrate my son's first holy communion. Any sugestions where we could book a nice little dinner. Also, would I be able to order a small cake at the restaurant. You know how Disney has those small cakes for Birthdays. That's what I was thinking of?
