Looking to buy DVC either at CCR, VGF or Reflections

Hi, I'm pretty new to DVC and I am looking to buy within the next year. The resorts I am looking at are CCR, VGF, and Reflections.
I would have about 25k to spend and I would like to stay in a OBV if I could. Wondering if anyone has any thoughts for me? I also wouldn't mind buying two small contracts, if that's worthwhile.

Right now, Reflections isn’t even built so buying anything but direct for that won’t even begin until 2022 at the earliest.,,could be longer now.

That leaves the other 2. One bedrooms at CCV sleep only 4 so if you have more than that you will be limited to a 2 bedroom, VGF studios and one bedrooms due sleep 5.

If you buy resales VGF will cost a bit more, and the points charts see higher there.

If you decide to go direct, those 2 resorts are up there in price, and you need at least 100 points to qualify for the Blue card benefits,

Both good choices, but VGF wins for me because of the ease to MK via monorail and that the walking path will be done in the near future.

I interpreted it as a One Bedroom Villa. First time I've seen that acronym, but I seldom venture over to TUG or other similar forums, so maybe it's common elsewhere.

Direct for VGF is $255pp and assuming its CCV they are $220pp

That's my preference, too, though I'm also waiting to see if they'll offer an incentive for CCV when DVC Direct Sales return.

Isn't Reflections construction one of the few construction projects still continuing right now?

Wish I could tell you. Much harder to get info with the parks closed currently. I know many think it will be held up if Riviera is slow to sell. I really hope not, I have no desire to buy at Riv, I prefer everything about Reflections.
