Looking for two scooter license plates...

Hello!
I was hoping one of you wonderful designers would be able to design, or adapt a design you already have, two scooter license plates for me?

I would like the first one to have either a Tigger theme or a Goofy theme with Oct. and 2014 and say "Lori's Scooter" and around the edge (like a license plate frame) say "Not letting my disability slow me down!"

I would like the second one to have a Minnie Mouse theme with Oct. and 2014 and say "Mimi's Scooter" and around the edge (like a license plate frame) say "Not letting my disability slow me down!"

We are going to Disneyland Oct. 17-21, 2014.

ETA: Halloween themes would work also! Mimi loves purple. Lori any color would be fine. Thanks again!

I started working on these a few days ago. I just saw your edit. Is this what you wanted? Let me know if anything needs changed or if you want me to try with the Halloween theme.
