Looking for the recipe for Curry Soup from the FWF

I'm trying to find the recipe for the Curry Soup served in Japan during the FWF. I bought the cookbook (it's great) but the Curry Soup is not in it. Any suggestions on how I might go about getting it?

We were there the last week in October and had a ball! We would love to recreate the memories of a great trip.
