looking for something new to try on next trip

We have done the KTTK tour and last trip did the Tomorrowland Dessert party. Can someone gives us opinions or links on things to try on our next trip? We ate the Kitchen Sink, really don't want to do water parks, Miniature golf, and want to stay on WDW property. Parasailing and the behind the scenes tour of AK is out for personal reasons. Fear of heights may not allow the balloon ride at DTD

In addition, things we have done are below and are ones I would do again. (You don't necessarily need to be staying at the specific resort to do these things-campfire, movies, etc).
Renting the little boats at GF and zipping around. They are FUN!
Movies under the stars. Several resorts have it.
Campfire and smores at the Poly
Carriage ride was nice at Wilderness Campgrounds. Take champagne!
Luau at Poly.
Spa at Poly or GF
Boardwalk for arcade type games, ice cream, bike rentals (those multi person bikes). People forget about this area.
On our honeymoon, we took a few days just to do the above activities. If you anchor them with some good meals, it totally fills your day. It was a nice change.

Our family enjoyed the Behind The Seeds Epcot tour.

Mickey's Backyard BBQ
Pirates and Pals Fireworks Voyage.
The Sorcerers of (?) I forget the name but the newish interactive game throughout MK with cards. We saw plenty of both adults and children participating.

We, too, have been to wdw multiple times and it's fun to shake things up a bit.

My last two trips, we did something different. In October, we took my parents who were elderly and had never been to wdw. Seeing it through the eyes of a first timer was fun!

Then last week, I did a solo trip. This was interesting as I had just been and was taking the whole extended family Jan. 31, so I wanted this trip to be unique.

I wandered around the parks and did things I normally walked past for whatever reason. I rode rides I normally sniffed at, thinking it was for kids or wouldn't be fun. Was I ever wrong! I found all sorts of fun things I had never done!

Try eating at places you've never eaten, and also consider doing a split stay. I stayed at 3 places, wandered around all 3 places and ate at all 3 places and had a ball!

Watch a movie at Fork & Screen/AMC Theater in DTD. If you've never tried a dine in theater, it's a fun experience. We watched Frozen in one of the regular DTD theaters and received collectible Olaf pins last month. It's fun to watch a Disney movie when at WDW!

Splitsville for a meal and bowling. My DDs wanted to have sushi at a bowling alley so that's what we did. We sat at the sushi bar and had excellent sushi!

Cirque Du Soleil La Nouba at DTD.

If you do want to leave Disney property then I suggest Blue Man group at Universal's City Walk. Awesome funny show.

Segway tours at Fort Wilderness if everybody is 16 and over.

We've done it all, I think. The tours, the various Segway tours, the fireworks cruises, La Nouba, spa treatments, cabana rentals, parasailing, Dine In theater, golfing, mini golfing, carriage rides, etc. The only thing we have not tried is the Richard Petty driving experience.

My favorite thing ever has been the scavenger hunt in MK arranged through the company, Gifts of a Lifetime. When I did this it was a surprise to welcome my future daughter in law to the family. Although the focus was on her, we all had a blast doing it. Since it's a customized experience, you can have it be whatever you want. I had read about it on the all ears website and it turned out to be ever better than expected.

We have been to many Cirque shows, but La Nouba was excellent. I agree!

The electric water parade? I'm not sure what it was called, but you can (or could?) watch it from the beach at the Poly, GF, or CR.

It's cheesey awesomeness!! I saw it as a child in the early 80's and it didn't change...at all...in 2011!

I hope it's still around.
