Looking for help with planning a very small reception at Disney World. I am having a Memories Wedding (11 AM) at the Poly in June. Originally it was just going to be myself, DF, and the 2 kids (17,14). I just found out today that my best friend and her daughter will be there to join us. I would like to get a small cake and have a mini-reception. I have booked Randy Chapman for photography and decided to keep DFTW for the ceremony, since its included in the price, and use him for an hour (can possibly add more time) afterwards. He has stated we can shoot around the Grand Floridian and maybe some monorail shots or go somewhere else like the Boardwalk. So my questions are....1. Should I incorporate the "reception" into my photo time or do it afterwards? It would be nice to have some pics of us doing the cake, I just don't want it to take up all the photo time. 2. Where should I do this at? Is there anywhere at the Grand Floridian or the Boardwalk? I have seen awesome photos from both places. I am open to anywhere. I believe I have the limo for 3 hours so I am guessing there will be time for them to take us wherever after the ceremony. Anyone have any experience with this? Any other suggestions or fun things I haven't thought of?

Haven't booked our VR yet, but I'm in the same boat as you, trying to figure out dinner "reception" ideas. We are looking at the Escape, but if my sister digs her heels about the kids missing school (not even for a day! grr) we may end up doing the Memories.
