Looking for Salt Lake City/Ogden Utah info

I'm most interested in what the weather's like in mid-June. The weather websites I've seen may give the average temperature, but what I'm really interested in is the humidity level. That's what can make the biggest difference. We're thinking of going up there next summer for some sightseeing. So we're also interested in the Bear River Migratory Bird Refuge, the Wasatch-Cache National Forest, and Antelope Island. Any other suggestions for viewing nature?
