Looking for reviews on offsite eateries in Anaheim

We're going to have a car during our Thanksgiving trip to DLR. We'd like to venture out and try the following restaurants. I'm hoping some of the locals are familiar with them and can give their honest opinions so we'll know which ones are worth visiting.

1. Orange Roll and Sushi
2. Cortina's
3. The Catch
4. Pokinometry

Also, we're looking for some great Chinese food as well.

I don't know about the other places you listed but Cortina's has fantastic sandwiches. Really, really good Italian food.
