looking for reviews of KidTagz id tags

I was wondering if anyone has used the id tags from kidtagz.

I am planning on buying some but was hoping to see if others are happy with theirs first.

I was also wondering if you can change the text that you write inside of them?

I've never personally used them, but I always made tags myself. It reads like this:

"This child "Bri" belongs to Mr. & Mrs. Amarante at hotel address, room#, hotel phone# and cell#. If you have found my child please locate a staff member and have them to contact us immediately. Thank you!"

I used to put this on an index card, laminate it (they sell the laminated clear pieces in the office supplies section at any store), punched two holes and tied yard on it (so it can't be ripped off) and tied it to my DD's pant slot. I found it to be cheaper and it did the job. You can also make on to fit in the shoe or you can make a bracelet. Really simple to make.

Just looking at it, first thought was my kids would have gotten those off. But if you got it and if you write in it with sharpie, you should be able to wipe it off with finger nail polish remover.

I used the small tags you make at the machine at Walmart (or pet stores). They are like pet tags but they offer a variety of colors and shapes as they are for anything. Attach them to the shoelace at the bottom cross. People will notice them if your child needs help, they are small and not bulky and best of all the kids can not get them off !!
