I'm looking for a really easy to use camera for my mother. Any suggestions?

My DH got me this camera as a quick and easy camera that I could take to my school and take pictures of my students.
It is extremely easy to operate and takes decent pictures. It uses an SD card which is easy to find.

It is easy enough to let my students take pictures --if I allow them.

One big recommendation: Do not buy a Casio camera. DD had one that worked for less than 15 days--it broke on vacation, so we couldn't return it to Walmart where she bought it (they have a 15 day return on cameras).

We mailed it off to Casio, where they indicated that the camera appeared damaged--there was no damage when we shipped it. They wanted $139 to repair a 20 day old $149 camera. The customer service was rude from the first call.

Then, I had a Canon that started doing the same thing as DD's Casio--it would not focus clearly--sent it off, and had it back within 10days, repaired at no cost.

I love dealing with Canon. I've also had good luck with my Nikon Cool-Pix.
