Looking for RCI info

Hi all - I couldnt' find the info I'm looking for on the member site and DVC chat is not available....guess this is a bad day to do this......I have banked 2018 points with a September use year. Originally booked for a June trip - changed to August - but that is not happening. It's a lot of points - 106 - I was thinking of putting them into RCI - but I dont' know the deadlines involved for that. Does anyone know? Or can you point me to the section where I can find the info?
