Looking for points & BCV Studio Res 11/18-11/21

We're hoping for a quick, last minute weekend trip down for the Food and Wine Festival 11/18-11/21. We've always wanted to stay at the Beach Club Villas and are seriously looking in to DVC. Have never rented before, hoping you can walk us through.
