Hi all. I've just spent the last 5 hours looking at Generic Disney pins on ebay.
I guess what I'm wanting are pins that don't say Disneyland or have a year on them. Just regular pins. Saying WDW would be fine, since that is where we are going. I have two boys, 6 and 4, and I'm trying to find a lanyard for each and then a few pins that fit their interests. So here are my ideas and hopefully ya'll can give me an idea if such a thing was made or would be expensive. I don't really want to spend more than $5.00 or so per pin, unless it is one that I know the boys would adore. Both love Nemo, Crush, Dori, etc.
Sean - 4 - Train fanatic!!! I'm looking for a pin that has Mickey or Goofy driving a train engine. (Have seen pics of several different ones. Would be great if engine was blue --like Thomas--but not necessary) Also, he LOVES Dash, from the Incredibles. Have seen a couple Jack Jack pins, but no Dash. Do they make one?
Ryan - 6 - Loves baseball. Need baseball pins. Have a very nice lady sending one to him that is Tigger playing baseball. Don't know if there was more than one like that, or not. He loves Monsters Inc, Buzz Lightyear, Star Wars.
I would be so grateful if you could tell me the best places to check, other than ebay. So many of the pins are more than $7.00 each and then add $2.00 for shipping for a single pin. Would love to buy all from a single dealer, if possible.
Personally, I'm looking for a cute Dopey, Happy, Sleepy and Doc, since they are my faves. Anything with butterfly, like the Pooh and butterfly pin I saw on ebay. Bambi, Thumper. Saw an adorable Scamp pin on ebay, but auction had already ended before I could bid.
Thanks for help. I have looked for lanyards at disneydeals.com, but all they have are Stitch and Disneyland lanyards. I cannot stand Stitch.
Feel free to pm me or post any info here. I'm going to do a search for Buy Disney Pins and see what comes up. I'm afraid of buying without recommendations because I might spend too much or buy from unreputable dealer.
