Looking for opinions/experiences with Sony DCR-DVD405 Camcorder

We just purchased this tonight, but wanted to see if there were any consumer thoughts. Did some research (actually, DH did) but still want to make sure it was worth the money. Any help/advice/input, etc. would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanks!!

DVD camcorder is not worth the money. MiniDV is the only way to go for the time being.
