Looking for old Store?

I went to Disney World about three years ago, and in the Magic Kingdom they had a store that you could go and get rough sketches of Disney characters, then I heard a rumor they moved it to MGM, does anybody know the Location with in MGM or if it is even still there?

It's on sunset blvd, by the beauty and beast show, it's connected to christmas shop. went there on our last trip a few weeks ago.
