Looking for Non-Chemical Oven Cleaner.

I cooked bacon in my oven a few weeks ago but didn't realize what a mess it made in the oven until today. I can't clean it with soap and water and can't use chemicals because of my asthma. Anyone know of a homemade or non-chemical oven cleaner for baked in cleaning? Thanks!

I'm not sure how it would work on something as greasy as a bacon mess, but I just put a pan of vinegar and water in my oven and turn it on for a little while. The steam usually loosens the gunk enough to clean it out. You can toss a lemon (quarter, squeeze the juice into the water, then toss in pieces as well) into the pan for a nice scent too.

Baking soda, water, and lemon juice mixed up into a paste works pretty well on parts that need more scrubbing.

Sprinkle baking soda in the oven---be generous---sprinkle a lot. I usually spray a little white vinegar on it as well from a spray bottle. Let it sit a while, then use hot, soapy water and a good sponge to clean. I quit using chemicals years ago because of my son's allegies. I use baking soda and dishwashing liquid to clean my tub, shower, and sinks (mix a drop or two of dishwashing liquid with the baking soda to make a paste that looks like cake frosting). I disinfect them afterward by spraying a homemade solution of borax and essential oils or lemon juice on them. My drains have worked so well since I quit using chemicals.
