Looking for Mickey Head Silhouette with names

I'm looking for the person that can input family names into the Mickey head that at slanted. Instead of the black color, the family members names makes up the color.

I think the design he is looking for is by a designer names ******. She did a design for me last summer. I cannot find her thread on here. If anyone has a clue I would love to help him out.

It is a Mickey body with names repeated over and over in the body that fills in and shadows the his body.
