Looking for info on InShapeMD program...

Has anyone heard anything about the InShapeMD(dot)com program? I keep seeing commercials on tv about it, and am looking for any feedback.

we just got one here locally in WNC, I called and asked a few questions. They have a diet meds(phentermine and others) program and then they have an HCG program. It follows the Simeon protocol so it's the real deal with daily shots and the VLCD. It's expensive, for 30 days the regular price was 499.00 (for a month) but they have had serious results with weight loss in their own clinic--I know they had a special last month 399, but not sure if there are any specials this month or not.

IASW...I probably just called that same clinic in WNC yesterday! (Hi neighbor! ) The only other places I know to call re: programs are the Bariatric Clinic & Weigh to Health. Are there any other WNC weightloss centers that you are aware of?

Hi Neighbor! Are you in the north, south, east, west area of WNC? I'm in the north area I think you are the first person I've chatted with that lives here!

there's a place called blueskymd dot com. I think they are in South Asheville, and I'm not real sure of all their offerings. I do know that they have the regular diet meds, not sure of the hcg or not.

I can personally suggest the laser clinic at the mall, dr. hammel, they do meds and a modified HCG program (not the actual protocol) but much cheaper than bariatric clinic (unless you do the hcg that makes it more expensive) Plus it's open during mall hours, so that is a plus if you want to go in the evening/weekend because of work/schedule issues.

I'm not going there now, but when I did, I lost 15lbs in the first month last Fall. I've kept it off, but unfortunately I had to decide where my "budget" went, so I chose Disney, lol. And I'm doing weight watchers (on my own, no meetings) and running/training now. I've lost 4lbs since the end of Feb, so I'm happy. If I can't keep up the loss on my own, then I may go back, not sure.
