Hi Everyone,
Great Forum here, I have lurked long enough and actually have a question that I have not found definite answers for on here. It is amazing the collective wisdom on these forums!

My DW, DS (age 9) adult friend of mine and I (the husband) are travelling to WDW staying at POR Resort from March 8th to 14th (6 night/7 day Park Hopper.Resort package booked through CAA. We are travelling from the Toronto Area of Canada.

My question is, what are the chances of getting a roll away cot in the room if we stay at the Mansions section (I know about the trundle beds in the Alligator Bayou section but I thought only families with 5 members can get those.

While my son could sleep with my friend, or I could (not really looking forward to that if possible!-we've known each other for over 30 years). I know almost too much information! We will do that if needed, just wondering if there is another solution like a cot! We can play musical beds for different nights, but the only combination we cant tolerate is my wife sharing a bed with my friend!

Thanks in advance for shedding any light on this. Otherwise looking forward to a great time at WDW (my second time-though the last time was 17 years ago, I figure lots has changed since then!-First time we are staying on site.

Why not just call and ask about the trundle beds? Your situation sounds just as reasonable as a family of 5?

We have gotten into Alligator Bayou with only 3 people before. Our kids love sleeping on the trundle and we haven't had a problem when we ask for it at checkin.

You can also take along a blow up bed. We do this because my kids can't sleep together. We put this in a suitcase on the way there and then use that empty suitcase for suvies and then carry on the bed in a bag.

we buy a cheap blow up bed for like $10 and then at the end of the week we just toss it and that leaves up room in our suitcase for things be have bought during the week.

I would just request AB, letting them know you have three adults and one child...that way you should be able to get a room with a trundle. I've stayed in AB several times with either 2 or 3, and we had not requested that we stay there...just ended up there.

With three adults in the room, you will have to pay extra for the third adult.
