Looking for Info. about EE Days/EMH nights and..

Can someone give me a website or point me in the right direction for finding out when the Extra hour days/nights are per park and I am also looking for the schedule of what park is most crowded on what day. I used to know where this info. is located, but cannot remember now. I am trying to plan my park days for November and need this information. Thanks so much for the help!!
