ok...i need some help with work. i work for McDonald's and am a manager. i normally work the evening shift from 2-11pm, so i generally work with teenagers. these are really good kids. i love them. they have been working their butts off for me. we have been short people and still really busy. i would love to reward them somehow! they really deserve it. my problem is that i have about 65 employees in my store. about 30 or so are my kids. the cost of this/these reward(s) will come out of my pocket. so i dont really want to spend a fortune! any ideas of what i can do for them? one manager suggested i order pizza for them. i dont really like that idea because then only the kids on shift would get the reward. i want something that i can get for everyone and still not spend a fortune. i take in candy sometimes but i dont want to feed them too much. it isnt good for them. and again it is something that only the kids on shift get. see my problem!!! so please help with ideas!!!!:bounce:

That was the first thing I thought of too.....movie passes, or if that is too expensive, even a free video rental certificate.
