Looking for ideas....

Hi,
I was hoping some of you wonderfully creative people could give me some ideas for a birthday celebration shirt design. I can create the actual design (will be using vinyl and silhouette cameo cutter), but need some help coming up what to do.

All four people in our group will be celebrating birthdays during our October trip. We will have two turning 70, one turning 10, and one turning 46. I want to do matching shirts for us, but don't want them to be able to be worn other times, so don't want it to be super birthday specific.

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Do you think if I did one of those word cloud designs of, say Mickey or Minnie, holding the balloons you suggested t would be subtle enough to wear any time, not just our birthdays?

What about having a silhouette of Mickey's head and then a birthday candle coming out of the top of his head in the middle?
