Yes I am already thinking of Christmas. I'm probably behind many of you 
, but w/ 2 trips to Disney w/in 2 weeks around Thanksgiving ( a family wedding the weekend before Thanksgiving & our long, long planned extended family trip the first week of Dec.), plus my DD's bday Dec 19 (great planning there, I know 
) I have to get organized early. I think I would like to make some kind of sweet bread loaf, maybe w/ an easy spread, as gifts for the kid's religion class teachers. Also for their school teachers, as we'll probably give a class donation, but may include a little something extra.
Of course easy would be best as I'll need to make about 8.
