Looking for help with suprise/tags/countdown

Hi, wonderful DISigners, I am hoping you may be able to help me, I tried to do these myself but my 4 year old would do a better job!
I am hoping to get a - Suprise your going to Disneyland Paris in 18 more sleeps.
Also
2 x Luggage Tags one of these with Sleeping Beauty name - Millie
other one with Cinderlla name - Isabella.

Also 2 x Vouchers each for disney store to pick a new Princess snow globe

2 x Air disney tickets please one with Millie the other with Isabella, Travel date Nov 2013, Dublin - Paris

2 x Park Entrance Tickets

1 x Countdown calender with the princess on it with both their names Millie & Isabella with 18 days on it.

2 x Autograph Covers 2013 please, Millie - Sleeping Beauty - Isabella Cinderella,

I know this is an awful lot, but we are going to do a scavanger hut with these a prizes, and I would be so so grateful any of you could help me or even send me a templete that I can edit and I will have a go myself !

Open Word
