Looking for help - ot may be too last minute

So, my son is having a Cars birthday party on Sunday and it occured to me it would be cute for him to have a iron on transfer logo on his shirt. Usually I am on top of things like this, but I guess I have pregnancy brain or something - I seem to be more forgetful lately.

I am looking for someone who can replicate the Cars/Cars 2 logo. Instead of it saying "Cars" I want it to say "Connor's" and instead of the number 2 on the logo, I want it to say 3 - so together it would read Connor's 3. I woud be ironing it on Saturday. So, I realize everyone is busy and likely cannot help, but I thoguht it wouldn't hurt to put a post out there and try to see if there was any Disney magic that could help me out!
