looking for help designing a shirt

i would like to make my daughter's godmother a shirt saying "i'm Princess Stephanie's fairy godmother" i found a clipart image--now what? can someone walk me through the process? i also heard that some members will design an iron-on print--anyone willing to take on this challenge?
