I use to love Pathmark brand fudgsicles--they were smooth and chocolatey. I tried America's Choice and Popsicle brand and they just don't compare. Every Summer I can't help but think how much I miss the Pathmark brand.

Any other fudgsicle brands that people like? :confused3

Have you ever tried making your own? Yummy!

Fudge Popsicles http://www.food.com/recipe/fudge-popsicles-fudgesicles-272235
Ingredients
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cornstarch
2 tablespoons Hersheys cocoa powder
2 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon butter

Directions
In a small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, cocoa, and milk.
Cook on medium until thick.
Remove from heat and add vanilla and butter and stir until combined.
Place in molds and freeze until firm.

Or an even easier recipe...

Frozen Pudding Pops http://www.food.com/recipe/frozen-pudding-pops-86682
Ingredients
1 (1 ounce) package instant pudding mix ( any flavor)
1 3/4 cups cold milk
wooden popsicle sticks
3 -4 ounces paper cups

Directions
Mix pudding and milk in deep bowl until mixture begins to thicken.
Pour into paper cups, then insert a popsicle stick upright in each cup.
Place cups on cookie sheet and put into freezer until firm.
Wrap frozen pudding treats in plastic wrap, placing a piece of tape on each end to make pop airtight.
To serve, tear cup from frozen pudding and use popsicle stick as a handle.

I buy ones at Sam's Club made by Swiss Miss and I think they're very good. And only 100 calories, too, with no artificial sweeteners.

Aldi fit and active fudge pops...mmmmm! my kids always steal my 'diet' pops!:thumbsup2

Not sure where you live, but we love the Blue Bell ones. Blue Bell also makes mint chocolate chip bars that are AWESOME :lovestruc, and their banana flavor pops are super yummy, too. Here are the states that carry Blue Bell:

Q: Where can I buy Blue Bell?

A: Blue Bell is available in all or part of 20 states. Blue Bell is available in all of the following states: Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee. Blue Bell is also available in some parts of the following states: New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, Missouri, Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, Virginia, Colorado and Wyoming

If you're not in one of these states, well, you need to move so you can get Blue Bell ;). J/K!! I hope you find a good fudgesicle! --Katie

Now this may sound shocking but I actually LOVE The Skinny Cow mini fudge pops. They are only 50 calories and delicious!

Well if you lived in Oklahoma or one of the states that border Oklahoma I'd say find your nearest Braum's. But since that requires you live in one of 6 states out of 50 plus DC and PR and odds are that you don't, I'll second the Healthy Choice ones for sheer creamminess but they don't taste like a true Popsicle brand Fudgesicle. That brand is still available here and I love them. So that's what I buy.

Except when I'm feeling guilty and then I buy the generic WM no sugar ones.:rotfl: Which of the 'diet' brands is the one that I like best.

Always buy the Shoprite ones for DH. Although he does say that the quality varies by box. I know he does not like the Wegmans ones.

Cant wait to try making the homemade ones :) Thanks for sharing the recipies.

What about good old fashioned Fudgecicles, they are still the best!

Ditto!! We buy the no sugar added ones and they're only 40 calories each and smooth/creamy. I think we bought the blue bonnet ones or something like that one time- they were not as creamy at all.
