Looking for eggless cheesecake recipe...

I ate at Del Frisco's Steakhouse last night where they have the most amazing cheesecake. The waiter said the recipe is secret but he knew it does not include eggs. I also did not appear to be baked. Does anyone have any idea of a similar recipe that is light and creamy and delicious? Most of the recipes I found online include lemon juice. I did not tast any lemon in this cake and I do not particularly like the taste of lemon. I would love to hear anyone's recipes. TIA!

CHEESECAKE

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 lg. (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. hot water
1 can chilled lg. Milnot
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Blend 1 1/2 cups sugar with cream cheese. Dissolve Jello in hot water. Cool slightly then mix with cheese and sugar. Whip Milnot in large bowl and mix with Jello and sugar mixture. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.

CRUST:

36 graham crackers, rolled fine
1 1/4 stick butter, melted

Pour all but a small amount of crackers. Mix. Shape into dish. Sprinkle remaining amount of crackers on top of cheesecake

My mom made this for years. I know it says lemon jello, but it really doesn't have any lemon taste to it. I was an adult before I had real cheese cake!

Most "not real" cheesecakes I have made, have a small amount of lemon juice in them. Not sure why, but you won't really taste it. I used to make some type of cheese pie that was put out my Philadelphia Brand. I don't have the recipe handy and I'm not even sure if it had eggs in it or not (I'm thinking it didn't). It mainly had the cream cheese and the Eagle Brand Condensed Milk in it.

Most traditional cheesecakes have eggs so I'm thinking that, if you are doing an internet search for a copycat recipe, you might want to look up "cheese pie" or use some different terms.

Okay, found the one I used to make.

PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE PIE

1 can condensed milk
18 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. vanilla
Graham cracker crust
Cherry or blueberry pie filling

Mix 1 can of condensed milk and 18 oz. cream cheese. Add 1/3 cup lemon juice and 1 teaspoon vanilla and mix well. Pour into graham cracker crust. Add cherry or blueberry pie filling on top and chill.
