I want to surprise DH for Christmas. We have hundreds of travel pictures on our camera/SD cards. He would be trhilled beyond belief to be able to view those pictures on a digital frame in the family room.
I would rather not spend more than $100. I saw a Smartparts 11" on sale for $99. Is that a decend brand/price?
What should I be looking for?

I would not recommend them on a camera, but I have heard good things about Kodak frames.

My belief is that Philips have some of the best resolution frames on the market. In fact DW has one and I have purchased one for each of my employees for Christmas. Amazon has the 7" for 89.99 right now

I have one of the Kodak ones at work $100-$150 range last winter and I love it. On the other hand, I bought a cheaper one for my mother at Christmas last year and I don't like it at all. It hangs up and the transition between pictures is much more abrupt than my Kodak one. The Kodak one that I have is the EasyShare SV811.
