Looking for designs with dogs or a soccer theme

I am very new to this forum, looking to try to make my first shirt. Have a very difficult to buy clothes for pre-teen that loves both dogs and soccer. If I could find some designs then I would think about making her a few shirts. I am clueless on how to personalize. We are leaving 3 weeks from today. Thanks for your help.
