Kara- Love all of the new landscaping looks great. I am going to call the landscaper to get the front of our yard done we just dont have time. Yea for Ally she is so awsome.

Tammie- You must have such mixed emotions about them moving, but it will be so good for you. I know you miss them, but you need alone time.

Well girls AF has finally stopped and I go in for a sonohystogram tomorrow the next Friday I get the D&C done. I am so nervous I have been having really bad nightmares and I am just totally stressed out. I didn't realize how much I wanted another baby until these dreams started and in them the Dr is telling me I cannot have anymore. I am just going to take a deep breath and hope for the best.

We also bought Luca his big boy bed and I can't believe it. We are going to keep his Winnie the Pooh for now and change it in a year when he can tell us what kind of bedroom he wants.

Sorry I have been away. We were camping. MY Dh had to take a week of unpaid leave in order to avoid a more lengthy lay off so we decided we could eat PB&j's and be poor at our camper just the same as we could here at home! LOL I am really glad we went. We needed a break from the day to day.

My planning took the week off too, which was also good. I was really obsessing and I needed to stop. I am still worried about saving enough for tips, spending money and incidentals, but I know somehow it will work out.

I didn't read all the pages I missed, but I hope you are all doing well. Glad to see AF stopped for you Jillian. I hope everything will be good once you have your D&C and are back on the right track.

Good morning ladies! Well, not so good here - I have a nasty summer cold. First I thought it might be allergies.... but no. I feel like crap!

Nothing too exciting to report althought I did FINALLY get my iphone on Sunday! Luckily, it's not too confusing for me since Jeff has had his for several months and I've been able to play with it and learn it. Starting to use twitter more now that I can update on the go. Love being able to access internet when I'm on the road, or sitting at swim practice, stuff like that. It keeps me entertained.....

Tammie - BIG for you. I know how sad you must be but it will get better with each passing day. And yup - let them deal with those car troubles on their own. They need to start getting used to handling things.

Jillian - Glad to hear you're feeling better and good luck with things next week. So sorry about those horrible dreams! I certainly know how your mind can do those things to you and it's so hard to stay positive. Are they keeping you up at night? Is there anything you can take to ensure you get a good night's sleep? I'll be thinking of you.

Kara - beautiful landscaping! Want to come take care of mine next? Our property is a MESS! Yes, we had an official hurricane, with tornado-force winds, blow in here last week. Was weird - just touched down in my town. I still have huge fallen branches littered around my property and the side of my house is still plastered with leaves. Luckily no trees came down; but they did in surrounding neighborhoods, causing local roads to be closed. It was freaky. Just had the gutter guy here yesterday to clean them out - he said they were a mess.

Hope all is well with everyone else. I've talked to Debbie a few times these past few days. She's trying out internet service on her phone - evidently it's easy for her to read her but is having difficulty posting? She's well though.

But we've been chatting about the Jonas Brothers. She took Elizabeth to their concert on Sat. night and called to tell me all about it and give me some pointers. She's so funny - and I do believe her appreciation for those boys has grown. Now as for MY concert update........................

I talked to my connection last night - finally! What a relief! Everything is set . BUT, get this -- he's not only giving us passes to meet them; he's also giving us passes to a private sound check party they have before the concert. I have heard about this sound check and it's usually for just VIPs; looks very intimate. So yeah, my day on Friday will be completely centered around all things Jonas Brothers.

I still haven't told Lauren and I really think I want to tell her the night before. I definitely can't wait until we get to the arena because she'll be wondering why we're going so early. I figure if I tell her the night before, she can freak out, call and brag to some friends, and plan what to wear; then have a night full of Nick-filled dreams and wake up Friday with a smile on her face. It's going to be INSANE! My "connection" told me I should be fine with my better camera - as long as it's not a professional one; but I'll still have Lauren bring my Cybershot. So that's TWO cameras we'll have. Plus, of course, I'll be taking pix with my cell phone so I can send texts to you guys to keep you updated. Debbie says I'm going to look like one of those Japanese tourists operating several electronic devices at once.

Ok Cammie - YES - we are jealous and YES if I could figure out where you lived I would grab those tickets and go myself just so I could touch Nick's arm, oh yeah and I'd bring DD10 as well - if I had to. . Honestly you must be SO excited!!! Personally I wouldn't tell my DD10, but then I like surprises, but then she's going to want to pick out her outfit because these will be pictures she'll look at and sleep with for a long time, so she's going to want to look good!

Sounds like everyone could use a and a all around!

My girls are LOVING GS camp this week - so much so we're signing them up for another week. DD10 is having a great time regardless of the B-ing that's happening with some of the stupid girls around her. Why do tweens have to be so rude? I'm working on a pink SKULL stripe skirt for her (she picked out the fabric) so that will make her happy. Still haven't told the girls about the trip! yeah for me! Here's a funny - DH called up to see if we could move to either a Moderate or Deluxe room the other day and was shocked to hear the price...HEEELLLLOOO!?!

Have to get ready for DD6's B-day party on Sunday - my baby is going to be 7 where the heck did the time go?

Okay girls, Jim just called and told me to pull the trigger on our HI cruise for next year, so I HAVE A TICKER!!! We will actually be visiting Vero Beach and Texas and California before that, but this will be our next major trip.

HI ladies!

The weather here is beautiful and my house is still in half-unpacked mode so I am trying to get caught up. It didn't help much that I spent most of the morning working on my touring plans for DHS, Epcot and AK. I tried MK, but it was too involved and I couldn't dedicate anymore time or concentration to it. I also snuggled with DD and watched The Little Mermaid.

My friend has an iphone and loves it! I hope you like yours as much!

Luckily my DD is too little for Jonas fever, but I bet your DD is going to freak out when she finds out!

I noticed a few of you are from MA. I grew up in West Bridgewater, Brockton, and lived in Rockland and have family in Hanson, Weymouth, and some other places. I miss it. NJ can never compare to me.

Tina - I've gone back and forth on the telling or not telling and decided telling is what she'd want. I just want to make sure she has done everything she would have wanted to prepare. This such a big deal - I'd like her to have a little warning.

beth is at Y camp this week and loves it. Katie and I are doing tons of projects around the house. The 40th anniversary party is 3 weeks away I think this is a good dress rehersal for a graduation.

Okay, so I've been away dealing with computer issues. So I got ticked and bought a new CPU today. Our old one had 256mb - yeah, that old. So I'm still loading software, transfering files to the external & over to the new cpu - but I did want to say hi and that I'll be back on the board soon. I am amazed at how fast this thing is running. Makes me want to kick Carlos' tooshie.

Hey I'm from MA and live in MA - i can't stand living here!!! Taxes are so high, it's far away from EVERYWHERE! The only good points about it is that it's near the Cape, near the Newport Mansions and i kinda do like the seasons - not so much snow, but the change of seasons are nice!

Ok here we are nearly nearly done with school 2 more days and is all fun stuff going on although Chloe missed yesterday as the day before she twisted her ankle really badly and hasn't been able to walk on it since then thankfully the swelling had gone down enough for her to have it strapped up and get back to school today which she was pleased about then after school we went to see Hary Potter, which was fantastic, then back to my bf's house for her b'day .. Oh i cannot wait for the summer holidays

Oh lord - I remember Joe Piscopo! Doesn't it seem like everyone is either from Jersey or Mass. around here?

Anyway, leave it to my !@#$%^ ex to ruin my mojo right now. I just had a huge "disagreement" with him over the phone. New wifey is due on Aug.28th but for some reason is being induced in two weeks. (I have no idea why; don't care enough to ask). Anyway, he says he wants and needs more nursing hours for when Amanda is with them.
Righ now, he has Amanda for a total of EIGHT nights a month - and has a nurse for 4 of those. WTH? He was so demanding about it - "we'll have a newborn AND Amanda to take care of". Which, of course, I responded with "and you'll have TWO adults; it's just ME here." Friggin' arrogant idiot. And I know this is all HER; she bugs my one nurse who WILL go over there all the time to work more. Not to toot my own horn, but when we had Lauren, the ex would travel and leave me home alone with both girls. Granted Amanda didn't have the trach, but she was on monitors and I handled it myself. You just do what you've got to do.

I told him I would look at the hours and see what I could do. But I will not sarcifice my coverage just so those two can sleep well those four nights out of the month.

OY VEY to all of this nonsense! What the hell do I care? We're meeting the Jonas Brothers in TWO days.

Hey all! Kidneys are doing much better...I def passed one stone already, two more to go but they are so tiny it may have already happened. I mean, there is only so much pee I can strain!

Maddie starts Y camp next week and I will be teaching the Y camp the following week. Summer is flying by! We have had so much rain here that the last few days of sunny warm weather have given me a slight burn. I feel like a vampire.

We went to Davis Farm in MA on Monday and now I have decided when I am a millionaire, I want baby goats and a sprinkler park in my yard. I'll post pics when I get them out of my digital camera. Here are some recent pics of us

Starting to get excited about the September trip, still contemplating a time of year for the family trip next year. Suggestions? We are wide open, schedule-wise.
