We're planning our 1st Disney cruise for Nov. and would like to fly in 2 days before the cruise. We have been to WDW twice and stayed at Windsor Hills both times. I know this isn't an option this time as we only need 2 nights and they ususally rent by the week. Can anyone recommend a great place to stay that isn't too expensive that has at least a 1 bedroom suite? We need separate sleeping quarters as my dh's snoring keeps the kids up all night if we're in 1 room together. TIA for your help!:thumbsup2

How about the Buena Vista Suites. You can see the review on mousesavers.com.

A couple others are: Marriott Village (think there are suite hotels there.

Marriott's Grande Vista - beautiful resort with 1 or 2 bedroom units.

Cypress Pointe Villas and Grande Villas...can book through hotelkingdom.com.

Doubletree Guest Suites

Hope this helps!

I would also check Worldquest, Floriday's and the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa.

I am pretty sure that the people taht I rent from at WH, will rent for a couple of days, they would probably charge a cleaning fee though.

They have 3 condos at WH and one at Vista Cay.

Happy Planning!

I am in the same position as you. I need three nights after a DVC stay. I have found travelocity really easy to negotiate as far as looking at prices, locations. Then I have been cross referencing with trip advisor.

I think I am narrowing it down to 2 properties. The first is called the Palisades which is actually very new (6 months to 1 year). I can hardly find any reviews, but the ones I have found on TA are EXCELLENT. Unfortunately I can not find any traveler pictures. It is in Wintergarden and looks to be a 15 minute quiet drive. They have 2 - 4 BR accomodations.

The second is called the Mona Lisa in Celebration. This is all 2BR suites and is also relatively new. It has very good reviews as well. Pictures are nice and I think it would be fun to visit celebration.

Both properties are very reasonably priced. Check out TA for both properties!
