looking for Code or Discount help Oct/Nov 2008

Anyone have any codes or suggestions.I hate to spend 100.00 a night at All Star or Pop Century if there are valid codes to use.
I had changed my dates since my wife gave birth but now paying double!
Sorry to ask but can not find something for my timeframe.
Please Help!

Usually discounts for october/november come out around mid-august. I know one came out last year because we used it for our trip 2nd week of nov. Here's hoping one comes out again this year and you can use it.

Try for an AAA discount and hope for a code in the future. Even if you don't have a membership, it might be worth it.

Also, a history of code release dates is listed on the Mousesavers website. You'll see that in 2007 a code for your time period was released on 8/16 for a package discount. A room only code was released 9/27. Hopefully, this will happen again.

Okay - I am new to all this so please help. I have an advertisement from Disney with a PIN listed on it. The promo is $59 for a standard room at select VR from 8/3 - 9/27. It also says to ask about other room types and resorts, including DDVR at verying rates. Am I allowed to post this PIN? Is it specific to me? Would I get bumped from Disney's promotion list if someone else uses it? Thanks!

Okay - I really need help. I just called and Disney Res and got some info. If I change my dates to 9-20 to 9-26 instead of 11-4 to 11-10, I could save $1400. There are 7 of us staying at OKW two bedroom villa so every penny counts but, I'm afraid if I change then I won't get all the dining stuff I have and the BBB. Also, is Sept super hot and crowded? Thanks!

The PIN is specific to you and noone else can use it.

I read your post below as well. It will be much hotter at WDW in September and that time is also free DDP so the ADRs that you may want may not be available. You have a big decision as it is a lot of money. Pay attention in the middle of August that is when Disney has usually announced their late fall promotions. You might get something then.

Thank you Sherri! I think we are going to keep November and hopefully get a new PIN/code by then. It is a savings in Sept. but after looking at the average temp and rainfall, I think Nov. is better for us. Two out of the four littles ones really don't do good in the heat. Thanks again!

Just keeping checking the Disboards towards the middle of August to look for announcements from WDW for discounts. It's different than a PIN. At first, it's usually for Disney VISA holders and then general public. We saved quite a bit of money 2 yrs ago when we went. We were able to upgrade to CSR from POP for less than our original POP quote.

Also, if you aren't signed up with Mousesavers, I highly recommend that.

I think free dining ends 9/20 so ADR's shouldn't be that bad as the week before.
