I was unhappy because the groceries were delivered several hours before I asked, and I don't know how they got into the cabin nor who put them there. How long were the perishables out in the +90 degree heat, etc?
I made the appointment for several hours after I was due to arrive and was told I would be called before delivery. I was not called and the food was just there. Of course, had my flight been late I would have called them.
What's the point of scheduling a delivery time if they are not going to adhere to it? They continuously say to book early to ensure you get your preferred time. Well, my preferred time was at 4:30-5:30pm - not before 3pm.
They also made mistakes and were difficult to get in touch with. Add to it the inability to make changes to the order easily and get a new total, and well, I wasn't happy with them at all
At least wegoshop doesn't take any money at all until the food is delivered.
Garden grocer wants the order early 'to hold your spot' and then charges you in full at that time.
