No it's not just on item its three. In your original offer the items I really liked were these:

Five star pirate costume magic
three star cursed storm magic
red scoreboard
gold penny press
crows nest barstool
small treasure rug
full tron

Since you removed 3 of the items I liked, the Cursed storm, the full tron suit and the barstool, your offer is much lower.
I don't really need black ears, pink nemo, tron chairs, or snow carpets. or the other stuff listed in your first offer. To me that is just extra stuff that I have some of already. I was going to tell you to keep those items when we got around to trading. But to me just the:

is not quite high enough. And you keep changing your offer to lower it, I think I can wait around for what I really wanted and with a trader who doesn't keep changing their offer after it was accepted. Sorry but No thank you.
