Hi
Just looking for stories of those of you who have done baby swaps on any of the WDW rides...which ones are easiest, which ones is it just best to take turns, any other advice...etc.

Thanks!!

Baby swap is easy on any ride at WDW. You just approach a cast member at the normal entrance, ask for a childswap and they will give you a voucher. Either go in the normal line or use your fastpass (if you have one). Once that person has finished then the other person, and I think up to 4 other guests, can then use the fastpass line with the voucher.

For all rides you want to swap on you should ask the CM at the entrance to the ride and they'll tell you how child swap works at that particular ride.

All rides with Fastpass will give you a rider switch pass which works as a Fastpass that is good all day for up to 3 people so that parent doesn't have to ride alone. Star Tours has you swap at the ride itself.

The rides without Fastpass may let you swap at either the loading area or at the exit. Just ask them.

Most CM will not offer the rider switch pass if your child is tall enough to ride but just doesn't want to. In that situation, you can swap at the ride itself or just get Fastpasses for everyone and take turns.

BUMP!

Looking for specific experiences if you have them!

Hmmm... not sure I can give specific experiences, but here's my tip... we have a DD4 and DS7. DD4 is still too small to go on most of the big rides, but DS7 can ride everything. We like to combo fastpass with the child swap. We'll use two tickets to get a fastpass for TOT (for example) and then the other two tickets to get fastpass for the RnRC. When we come back for our fastpass time for TOT, we ask for a childswap ticket. DH and DS will go through the fastpass line with their fastpasses and then when they get back, I'll take DS and go through the fastpass line again - using the childswap ticket... or I'll save the childswap ticket and use it at another time or on another day - those childswap tickets are GREAT because they are like a fastpass that doesn't expire and can be used for multiple riders (up to four, I think).

The other benefit of how we use the childswap passes is that we can have multiple fast passes going on at once - since the fastpass system only lets you have one at a time.
