Looking for autograph pages

I am looking for autograph pages from a few years ago (maybe 2010) and I can't remember who the DISigner was . . . I had them saved on my computer, but we had to get a new one, so I lost everything on the old one.

They were a very simple design. Just a character on one corner of the page with a simple outline on all four sides. I remember this DISigner did a new group of pages the next year that were a lot more detailed, but I preferred the simple ones. The generic pages had an outline of a mickey head along with the outline on the sides and it was in a blue color.

I would really appreciate any help you can give me. I am making my cousin's son an autograph book for his first trip in October and I'm excited to get started!
