You are looking too early for a good deal. The further out you look the higher the price will be. The best deals will be found closer to your arrival date.

Going 8/3 to 8/15. It is pretty early to book but I always just keep checking right up until the time we go.

That seems to be a pretty good rate (so far) if that includes taxes and fees. I would book it! You can always cancel if you find a better price later.
