Looking for an AI, adults only... help?

Hi, my husband and I are looking for a nice relaxing week to break up the craziness of the holidays... we've been to Cancun a few times and really enjoy it, but would like to check out Cozumel this time. I'm starting from square one on the planning, so would appreciate any recommendations on a nice AI resort with a decent beach, but that is for adults only (sorry - no offense to those with kiddos). Any suggestions? Neither one of us are certified to dive, but would be interested in doing the resort certification/dive trip. Thanks in advance!

It might be better to post this question on the cruise board or adults/solo board and you will probably get more responses.

The idea of the Sabor being adults only is a total joke. The rooms might be but the property is shared with all the guests of the entire property, which is priced low enough that it is a popular family resort. There is absolutely no way I could ever consider it an adult only resort. Simply put there are no adult only resorts in Cozumel.
