Looking for advice from families that went with newly potty trained children.

Once the pull-ups came off we did not want to revert back. We became overly conscious about making DS try to go potty before we got in any line for a ride and again after we got off the ride. Also asking frequently while wandering around the park. Never had an accident but we also brought 2 sets of complete change of clothes just in case. Not sure if that helps but that's what we did.

This is a strange piece of advice. When my daughter had been out of diapers six months or so we were at Disney (long ago, she drives now) we almost had to go back to the hotel because she was crying and her tummy hurt. She didn't want to stop to go potty, and had developed the ability to hold it, but didn't know the feeling of holding it too long - crampy - but no words for that. One trip to the bathroom and we were back in business.

I would mirror what others have said and not revert back to the pullup.

If there are two adults, one of you may leave the line if your little one has to use the restroom. CMs understand the lines can be ridiculous and sometimes little ones can't wait 2 hours to use the potty.
