SO and I are going for our first solo Disney trip Dec. 9th-15th. We're on the DDP.

Please let me know what you think of my ADRs. If you have a favorite dish at any of these places, please let me know! I've noticed that when a restaurant gets mixed reviews (Raglan Road for example) it often rides on the particular dish ordered.

Monday
Sci Fi Diner - Lunch
Raglan Road - Dinner

Tuesday
No ADRs

Wednesday
Kona Cafe - Lunch

Thursday
Coral Reef - Lunch
Spoodles - Dinner

Friday
Boma - Dinner

Of these, we've eaten at Kona Cafe and Boma before and love them. The others are all new to us.

Thanks!

Just read a scathing review of Raglan Road where the reviewer had a three-hour experience due to horrible service and rude treatment by the manager, then they found the restaurant charged them for six TS credits on the dining plan! So the mixed reviews aren't just about the dish ordered anymore... diner beware! This review turned me off from it altogether.

As for your other choices, can't help with Sci-Fi since we've never been, but we have enjoyed the both Coral Reef and Spoodles. At Coral we like the Lobster Salad at lunch. Spoodles we like several things, including the Four-Cheese flatbread, Lemon-Garlic Shrimp Linguini, and the Wood-Grilled Pork Chop.

Not much to add to what you already know about Kona and Boma, as we love 'em both, too!

Have a great trip, and happy dining!

Can only comment on a few: SciFi for lunch; great burgers, onion rings and milkshakes. Kona; crab cakes and wings are great. Coral Reef; lobster bisque is really good! And Boma; can't go wrong with anything on that buffet. Have a great time. popcorn::

Wow, that is a scathing review. We might have to think again on Raglan Road after all.

Thanks for the dish suggestions!

We absolutely love Raglan Road! The food, the atmosphere and the service we had were all wonderful! :thumbsup2 The Goats Town appy was one of the best dishes I have ever had-DH and DS10 thought so, too. The entrees we love are The Seriously Sirloin (ordered with the colcannon in place of the mashed potatoes) and Paddy's Pork both cooked perfectly with fantastic flavor. The salmon was very good, too. (I would, however, steer clear of The Shepard's Pie. Blah & tasteless.) Ger's Bread & Butter Pudding for dessert? Incredible! We absolutely loved the atmosphere at both an early laid back, relaxing dinner and an upbeat, fun late dinner with the live entertainment. As for the service? No complaints here!

We have been to SciFi several times and enjoyed it. We liked the BLT soup and the spinach dip. We also liked the steak meal. We had burgers and shakes for lunch one time and liked them also.

Hope you have a good time and enjoy your meals...
