yes you can only get one if you book a package thur AAAi am booked thur disney and dvc
last year i got one from a diser and then paid it forward by giving to another family

If you find yourself near any other local AAA office, it can't hurt to go in and ask. I was able to get one in, I think, Saugus just by doing that! No, I don't still have it - before you ask

When I read that you can get a discount on Disney resorts room rate, I applied and got an AAA card.

What is the difference between a regular AAA card and an AAA Diamond card? Do you get extra discounts with the AAA Diamond card? If you do, how do you get one?

Any info will help. I am trying to save every penny I can. Especially if you can get discounts at restaurants at or on Disney property even better since I decided not to go with the dining plan.

The Diamond Card gets you preferred parking at the parks, up front. It's not a "card" like the AAA card, it's a parking pass.

We're looking for one too!!! Even thought we're buying our park tickets through them they won't give us one unless it's the full package. We're staying at a condo in Windsor Hills and will be driving every day!!! We leave on May 9th for our 1st trip-HOORAY!!!

since I am a AAA member but just prefer to book everything myself....not that I'm a control freak or anything! When we went last year I called the nearest AAA office that had the travel agency in it (45 minutes away) and the lady on the phone asked if I was a member and took my card number and said to come in and pick one up. Well, when I got there I was told I had to book the trip thru them as well. We always rent a car and the pass sounds like it would be very helpful to reduce walking distances. We don't go until August so if anyone has one they will be fininshed with by then I would love to "borrow" it and then pass is on. TIA and have great trips!

are you thinking the card covers the co$t of parking too.....????

the diamond card just allows you to park closer if they have slots at various parks but you still have to pay the parking fee to enter unless you have annual pass or are staying at an onsite resort...
