hi folks, just a bit overwhelmed at all the villa sites etc any one have any good experiences they could share ? we are after a 4 brm for our stay next October
Private e mail me if you are interested and want to speak to her. Like I said. I haven't ever stayed there as we always stay at WDW so can't directly recommend it , but I can recommend my friend as entirely trustworthy
It's a really quiet neighbourhood but not as far from Disney as the US27 villas. The pool is the main thing we like, lovely and big and clean and secluded.
We're back onsite next year otherwise we'd probably book again.

What is your budget if you don't mind me asking, I don't remember paying all that much for the villa but usually we book well in advance and for a decent length of time which does reduce the price I suppose.
Looks like they are 700 per week for two weeks next August. I think because we went for 3 weeks it got lower than that with a long stay discount.

Ah, I think we paid 550 per week but that was because we went for three which brings the price right down. Shame really as it's a cracking villa.
The only other place I'd recommend where you'll find something for that price is Rolling Hills. It's really close to Disney and supermarkets, TGI Fridays and McDonalds etc and right next door to Formosa Gardens which is one of the most sought after mega estate.
The only thing I'll say is the estate is not gated and it is older than a lot of others so that shows. That said, there are some beautifully kept places and prices are great normally, even in summer.
We're staying in a 4 bed - 10 person villa next year and that is in the £750 a week range. It's really close to everything, but the thing that stood out for us that we have never seen before is two identical master bedrooms - meaning no 'discussion' between two families as to who gets the biggest room.
The fact that there will only be two of us in the villa for 3 weeks makes it a mute point, but it puts it in our favourite list for future trips.
Sorry to cut in here OP but was just coming on to post a similar question, no point in having identical threads so I hope you don't mind me posting here!

London75 this villa looks fantastic and is just slightly overbudget for our trip next year (minimally overbudget so I don't anticipate it being a problem talking DH and SIL around!) Is it reasonably close to WDW? We generally stay on Hwy27 but our last trip with DS taught us to stay closer to the Mouse after meltdowns in the car travelling back and forth for naps!! I have gotten great quotes from places in Lindfields and Indian Creek, the houses are nice enough but I would prefer to go on a recommendation rather than reviews from homeaway!
Scooby I just mailed your friends villa there, it seems nice. A little farther than we ideally want but as I said a recommendation is preferable!
