Looking for a thread from a while back

There was a thread a few years ago about an amusement park somewhere in Asia or Europe, I think. There were lots of photos from someone who was visting it. I remember that there were very few people at the park that day...maybe some schoolchildren. I also remember that they had to get their tickets from a kiosk. Does anyone remember where the amusement park is?

Was it the one in China that was the "not Disney" park?
