Looking for a song

Hi everyone,

My DD is getting married in a few weeks. She was thinking about using the song "Promise" from Disney's Millenium Celebration CD. We are looking for an instrumental or karaoke version so her vocalist could sing it. Does anyone know if this is out there on the internet somewhere? Is there sheet music available? So far I have had no luck locatiing it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I *love* this song, and it's absolutely beautiful for a wedding, but I can't come across sheet music for you on the net anywhere. Good luck. (Could you have the vocalist listening to the song through a small earpiece and then singing along to it so that to everyone else it would sound like a solo?) Congrats to your DD.

I actually found this same book at multiple "online stores" now that I have the title of the book. So you could search your favorite online store, or even a local store might be able to order it for you with the title/number.

It's even cheaper as it's just the sheet music for Promise (6-pack) not a whole book.

So it looks like, yes, the sheet music is indeed out there, it just took some searching for. Hope this helps.

You're welcome. Glad I could help. I was excited myself when I finally found the sheet music, LOL... you'd have thought it was my own wedding or something.

Now that you have the titles of those two books/sheets, you can do a www.google.com search and it will bring up a whole bunch of stores that sell them if you're looking for more places online.

LOL, Cathy. I think if one uses google, you can find anything. You were in good hands with Lynne here, she can find most anything also.

BTW, Promise has to be one of the nicest songs written, so beautiful it is, perfect for a wedding.
