Looking for a shirt cast hasnt seen

I saw this shirt in line the other day. I didn't think to ask where she got it figuring I'd just find it easily. Not only have no cast seen it, I can't find it online either. On the back it lists all the parks and the dates they opened, I didnt see the front so I'm not sure what it holds. I have a picture, but I can't see how to attach it to this post. All parks listed including Shanghai.

The individual might have made the shirt (i.e., not a Disney purchased shirt).
