Check out the Windsor Hills or Windsor Palms resorts. The website is Rent Windsor Hills com. I can't post links sorry. The way it works is you submit your dates and requirements and the owners will e-mail you with what they have and the rates.

We have stayed at Windsor hills a couple times it is a beautiful gated community and relaxing for when your not at the parks.
