Looking for a rental home Dec 28-Jan 4

I have decided to take a trip to WDW for the New Year. Because of my illness the rest of the family wants to go with me and enjoy the parks together. I would stay on site but they want $134 per night at AS. I would never pay that for a budget room, unless if it was in the middle of the parks.
I am looking for a home for 12 adults. I wrote to a few sites on line but haven't heard from any yet.
Does anyone have any rental homes companies that they have used in the past. Peggie

Hi...for a quick look at some places try www.villadirect.com and look at 6 and 7 bedroom homes...they are thin this time year but there are some brand new homes that are finished almost daily that go on the market.
If you want to do some more internet work go to www.vrbo .com and www.vacationrentals.com and search the Disney area. Be sure to search from largest to smallest bedrooms as you will need a 6 or 7 bedroom. Check the homes with "avaialbilty calendars" first as you can see right away if the home is open...
