Looking for a program

In my site surfing the other day I saw something about a program that is free to download and when you come across a good deal you can import it to the program - so you don't forget it. I think it was ever something or other. Now I have no idea where I saw mention of this (I know it wasn't here). Anyone use anything similar or know what I'm talking about (stop looking at me like I'm crazy)
